Job Description
As a tester you will work on a fast-paced scrum team to ensure the FMS UI applications are tested during each sprint. You will complete manual testing of these applications to ensure the ordering APIs, backend systems specifically FMS UI are all functioning correctly. Testers are responsible for creating test plans and testing each story per the acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with members of your scrum team as well as developers and testers from the OCBO scrum team. Testers also attend all the agile ceremony meetings working closely with the scrum master and product owner to ensure testing is on track. When deploying code to higher environments you will be responsible for testing your stories in the higher environments.

Key Experience
-Must have experience creating and executing test scripts, plans and design specs. The team does have templates for writing these to support biller, enterprise and stand-alone code set. When the data models are released from development, they will test the scripts.

_HP ALM is used to upload and test scripts, log and test defects. Jira has been in place since April, but it is not extensively utilized yet.
-Someone who does not just check off boxes. Can find solutions and ways to address the various test cases

Team uses JIRA to manage their backlog and workflows. The BA team supports the product board, which works in a Kanban process, and the dev teams are working in a SCRUM methodology. Strong Communication Skills

Visio is fine, though if they have visual paradigm, that is a bonus. ALM is the repository of choice for the requirements and images of the process flows.
